What data we process and why
- order, billing and contact details, to enter into and perform the contract;
- accounting and tax records, to meet statutory obligations;
- technical and security logs, to the extent necessary to protect the service;
- consent records for digital content, to evidence compliance with consumer-law obligations;
- data from withdrawals, complaints and disputes, to handle the request and defend legal claims.
Legal bases and recipients
The legal bases are principally performance of the contract, compliance with a legal obligation, our legitimate interest in security and in defending claims, and consent where required. Data may be processed, to the extent necessary, by our hosting provider, payment gateway, accounting service, email service and technical suppliers. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under appropriate safeguards.
Retention
Data is kept only for as long as needed for the relevant purpose, and for the statutory accounting and tax periods, the handling of consumer claims and the applicable limitation periods. A deletion request does not automatically erase records that we are legally required to retain.
Your rights
You have the right to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and to object, to the extent provided by the GDPR. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out beforehand. You may lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic. To exercise a right, use the published contact address; we may need to verify your identity before we act.
