Buying and delivery
When will I receive my download?
Immediately after payment is confirmed. A secure download link appears on the order confirmation page and is emailed to the address you entered at checkout.
I did not get the email. What now?
Check the spam folder first, then open the order confirmation page from your browser history, or sign in to My Account. If none of that works, email info@cursiqa.com with your order number and we will restore access.
How long does the download link stay valid?
Downloads are unlimited and do not expire. The link is in your account and in the confirmation email. If you hit a genuine technical problem, we re-issue access after verifying the order.
Do I need an account?
No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account simply keeps every purchase in one place under My Account.
Products
What format are the products in?
A PDF workbook plus an editable spreadsheet (.xlsx). The spreadsheet opens in Excel, LibreOffice Calc, Numbers and Google Sheets. Each product page lists the exact page and sheet count.
Do I need Excel?
No. The files work in the free LibreOffice Calc and in Google Sheets. Every product includes a short README explaining how to import into Google Sheets.
Are the products in English?
Yes. The workbooks, spreadsheets and examples are written in English for a US audience, including US-style currency and date formats.
Payment, licence and refunds
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card payments, processed by Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay appear automatically if your device and browser support them. We never see or store your card details.
Can I use a product inside my company or team?
Yes. See the licence terms on the Terms and Conditionspage: a single purchase covers internal use by one organisation for up to five named people. Larger teams should contact us for a team licence.
Can I get a refund?
Digital content is delivered immediately, and at checkout you explicitly consent to that immediate delivery, which affects the statutory right of withdrawal. If a file is faulty, not as described, or will not open, contact us and we will fix it or refund you. See Right of Withdrawal.
