These terms govern the sale of digital content supplied without a tangible medium through this online store. The seller is not VAT-registered unless the details above state otherwise.
2. Product and licence
The scope, format, compatibility, language, price, contents and download conditions are stated on each product page. Unless a product states otherwise, your purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use. You may not resell, publish or make the files available to third parties.
3. Orders and payment
Before submitting an order you can review the product’s main characteristics and the total price, and correct any errors. You place the order using the „Order with obligation to pay“ button. Available payment methods are shown at checkout; card payments are processed by the configured WooCommerce payment gateway.
4. Delivery of digital content
Once payment succeeds, or the order reaches another status permitted by the store settings, a protected download link appears on the order page and is emailed to the customer. Downloads are unlimited and do not expire. The link is in your account and in the confirmation email. If there is a genuine technical problem, support can restore access after verifying the order.
5. Right of withdrawal
For digital content supplied without a tangible medium, a consumer may lose the right of withdrawal where delivery began with their express consent before the withdrawal period expired, the consumer acknowledged that they had been properly informed and would lose that right, and the seller provided confirmation on a durable medium. Checkout requires separate confirmations and their exact wording is stored with the order.
If those statutory conditions were not met, the applicable statutory period and procedure apply. An electronic form is available on the Right of Withdrawal page.
6. Defects and complaints
Digital content must match what was agreed and meet statutory requirements. Report a defect using the complaints form or the published contact address. Include your order number, a description of the problem and the remedy you are requesting. The seller will confirm receipt and handle the complaint in accordance with applicable law.
7. Alternative dispute resolution
Please contact the seller first with a request for redress. If the seller rejects the request or does not reply within the statutory period, you may refer the matter to a competent alternative dispute resolution body, including the Slovak Trade Inspection Authority: www.soi.sk. The discontinued EU ODR platform is not referenced.
8. Final provisions
These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules. Current version: 1.0, effective 4 September 2026.
Licence for organisations
A single purchase entitles one organisation to use the product internally for up to five named people (employees or contractors). Sharing the file within that group and making internal working copies is permitted. Reselling, publishing, supplying it to clients as a standalone deliverable, and distributing it outside the organisation are not. For larger teams we offer a separate team licence — contact us.
